BTR's response was generally favourable though we felt the amount of jargon in the document was a little over the top.

Yeah, I thought was a bit overweight & wordy... But if you pay lots of money to a consultant, you need lots of pages to justify the fee..
I also thought that if the plan is to be adpoted, the bureaucrats who 'work' for ToB may have to get over some of those obstacles they put up for the members of the community who are seeking help or support from council...  |
